The launch of our new?AWP Start Up Package ? was an unqualified success in 2021. This package helps Owner companies achieve AWP readiness in less than three months.?

Trailblazing AWP Applications

In 2021 we continued to bring Advanced Work Packaging to new sectors, including engagements with major mining and?hydraulic fracking operations ?world-wide.

AWP Champion Certification

In 2021 we added a new?AWP Champion Certification ?to the Concord Academy?curriculum, providing emerging AWP leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to?lead AWP implementation in any organization.

Expanded Executive Offering?

In 2021 we added Predictability Thinking? training for executives,?introduced project risk advisory services and brought the?Balanced Scorecard ?strategic framework to capital project organizations.

AWP Certifications in Spanish

In keeping with our commitment to empowering capital project professionals around the world, we are thrilled to announce that all of our?Concord Academy courses?are now available in Spanish!

Promoting AWP in Europe

Our?exciting partnership ?with Centrale Lille in France includes?a benchmarking study of European capital project performance and?the introduction of Advanced Work Packaging?and Predictability Thinking? for complex?projects.
