A look back at 2023 for Bankbrokers USA

As we welcome 2024, we wanted to take a look back at our key achievements, articles, and stories from the previous year. Overall, we had a very successful year and are fortunate to be able to offer a quality service to all of our clients in all areas of merchant services. We've worked with more than 3,000 companies globally, with customer satisfaction survey scores showing 100 percent of clients would recommend our services to others, we are proud of this and look forward to the opportunities this year will bring.

We Celebrated Our 15th Anniversary

Last year Bankbrokers celebrated 15 years of helping companies to save money. Fifteen years ago, while spending time together in the beautiful Norwegian environment, Group Chairman Per Bj?rg?s and his son Caspar Hjelmeland began exploring a new idea to impact businesses and people worldwide positively.

Together they observed that no benchmarking service was available to help businesses compare their banking and merchant services costs and find a better deal. Instead, the only way large companies could assess the market was to undertake an extensive, time-consuming, and costly RFP process.

Fast forward to 2024, and Bankbrokers is proud to have made a positive difference to over 3,000 companies globally, across the UK, Europe, USA, and recently Australia. Our team enjoyed a trip to Norway last year to celebrate the milestone and talk about the future.

Stan is an experienced and skilled business development professional with a passion for helping financial service companies reach their full potential. He has over two decades of experience in various industries, including financial payments service. Stan joins us as Director of Sales at Bankbrokers USA.

Dillon Hammond

Dillion joins Bankbrokers USA as Marketing Coordinator, he is a results-driven and innovative marketing professional with over five years of experience in crafting and executing successful digital and social media strategies. Dillon's goal is to grow the brand and highlight our clients' successes.
