Maxcode Spring events

The beginning of the Spring season was fully marked within our teams with a series of events, games and gifts. Since March also coincided with one year of being in a work from home scenario, we took this time to think about the good and not so good parts of the previous year, as well as celebrate together.?

Stagii pe Bune

March also saw Maxcode being involved, for another year, at Stagii pe Bune. We connected with students, answered their questions, introduced our company and our internship, and organized a fun quiz with book voucher prizes. We can’t wait for the 2022 edition!

April 2021

Wellbeing formula

Within Maxcode, we value the power of wellbeing, and our benefits packages show it. In April, we organized a campaign to remind how important it is to take care of your mental health, your diet and your physical wellbeing. With the help of our friends and partners from Arcadia, we organized a series of presentations and trainings that opened the door for conversation, questions, and a re-balancing of our lives, one year after the pandemic.

Second Internship of 2021

We love internships so much, we could not stop after just one.

Truth be told, we were all once at the beginning of the road in our jobs, and we know how important it is to get the right support that you need in order to kick start your career. Maxcode Beer Zone Meetup

We closed our laptops, grabbed a pint of beer and cheered together for Cristian Mihaita, our presenter for the first live Maxcode Meetup, at Beer Zone Iasi. We started Maxcode Meetups in 2020, and March should have marked our first live event. We switched to remote, yet this year we managed to bring back the event to a live presentation, and the networking that we all missed so much.

New Maxcode Managing Director

In September 2021 we welcomed Robbert Ledeboer as our new Managing Director, and we are so happy to have him by our side. Together, we will work on our adventure towards Maxcode’s growth that will display our talent and expertise.

Our second Beer Zone Maxcode Meetup was hosted by Larisa Cernaut and Adrian Marinica, and it was a play on a game of Taboo, but with technical terms. Laughter, fun and prizes guaranteed.

Countdown to Christmas

Last, but not least – in December we started counting down the days until Christmas, a holiday we love so much because it always reminds us of childhood, family and friends. And we did our countdown in style: with hot cocoa and tree decorating, Secret Santa, mulled wine and carolers, and a lovely personal gift for everyone, designed with the help of Maxcode’s talented partners.
