A year but just not a year....

Completed a year at SRKay Consulting Group.

Little funny story it is during last September 2018, I got a phone call and I was not so serious in the beginning. I was managing well, used to be in CHRO role, leading the global team at a globally renowned Data and Analytics Company.

Then, I have started reading about the man behind this vision of creating a parallel IT giant like how he has created his diamond empire from scratch. I was excited to meet the most humble person that I could have ever known – someone who has started his journey without going through a traditional way of education but have ensured everyone in his village gets to school. I can write a lakh words for you but that still cannot express how much I respect and admire you #Govindkaka. It is only you who has change my perspective – made me decide to join at SRKay. Nonetheless, when I meet @shreyans bhai, I got that family values that my parent taught me always – “A family which stood together, fight together; WIN!” I decided to continue my journey at SRKay.

All this one year was thrilled with immense learning, transitioning to multiple roles, transforming my outlook to greater good, adopting to the changes and overcoming inside fear to thrive for success. I am glad to meet so many thought leaders in here, @Alok has always guided me with vision, an attitude beyond what a man could see his role, have helped building my confidence, no matter what the circumstances like. I got fortunate to learn Marketing skills from him. @Santosh is the one who took me in. He always used to encourage us on the larger section of leadership goals, about core HR values, listening to him every time has firmed my values and ethics that HR is not just a desk job – it’s a job that can shape company’s future. While I got immense learning and values by listening to @Shriram, I got tremendous energy and positiveness from @Karunjit. @Kesavan was a little different than the league – he taught me standing on the principle is always a right man job.

And there are so many people to talk about in just one year --- (don’t want to sound like a farewell speech)

Sitting at my desk today, When I look back, used to be a human resource officer and a talent acquisition expert. Now I am also a client account manager dealing with a top tier Indian customer, a social media marketer, behavioral learning instructor, mentor interns and fresh graduates and many more…

The deal I have chosen a year back was not at loss, I found SCIKEY which gives us vibrant ideas and a platform of excitement and experiment a whole new Marketplace of Talent, Globally.

I sincerely thank all the team members of the SRK group, the SRKay Consulting Group, SCIKEY and its talent specialist to made me feel valued in past 12 months. I shall look forward to more and contribute more towards success of my company.
