A Year of Impact and What’s Next: Because Of Why

This past year has been an incredible journey for Because Of Why! Our mission—to empower youth to become purpose-driven leaders—has taken us from Northern Virginia to communities across the United States, and we’re just getting started!

We've inspired hundreds of young minds through personalized coaching, group sessions, afterschool programs, and dynamic workshops. Our after-school Leaders of Today programs have been a hit in local middle schools and community centers, helping students build courage, integrity, and leadership skills. And we’re thrilled to announce that we’re expanding these programs to reach younger age groups soon!

Our 2024 summer camp, Growth Explorers, sparked curiosity and resilience, and we’re gearing up for an even bigger adventure: Camp Warrior, coming in the summer of 2025! This will be an epic experience focused on mindset, leadership, and pushing limits—stay tuned!

We’ve also launched our 2 virtual Elite Leaders classes, connecting middle and high schoolers nationwide. These weekly sessions help students thrive as confident, self-aware leaders. Plus, we’ve empowered teachers and youth?mentors?through impactful workshops, because we know leadership starts with those who guide our youth every day.

At the core of everything we do is this truth: knowledge is potential power, but action unlocks true greatness. Our creed says it all: “I SET THE STANDARD, I LEAD, I THRIVE... COMMITTED TO GREATNESS, 365!” We’re here to challenge, support, and empower youth to take bold steps forward, every single day.
