Celebrating Our Team

• Gave a warm RPS welcome to Tom and Kayleigh.
• Cheered Vikki on as she celebrated six years with us and did a brilliant job at her first public speaking gig.
• Raised a glass to Natalie’s 10-year anniversary and her promotion to Managing Director!
• Celebrated Sam’s third anniversary with RPS—a milestone that technically lands in early 2025, but one that deserves a shout out!

2024 took us to major industry events like Connected Britain and the Cavill Group Summit, where Natalie shared her insights on panel discussions. Our active involvement in Women in Telecoms with Natalie being appointed as Co-Chair also strengthened our commitment to diversity and innovation, forming valuable new connections along the way.

Supporting Great Causes
