Nurturing the Next Generation

We're passionate about supporting the next generation of talent. This year, we had the privilege of:

• Mentoring the Future: Partnering with the Career Ready program to mentor Aaron Tolan , a promising young talent, as he prepared for his sixth year of school and beyond. ??
• University Collaborations: Working with the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) to guide a student's transition from academia to the professional world. ??
• Work Experience Opportunities: Providing valuable work experience placements for two talented university students, Hannah Lang and Megan Reid. ??

Expanding Our Horizons ??

We're excited to announce that we've expanded our reach into international markets, opening up new opportunities for growth and collaboration. Additionally, our stunning new website is now live, showcasing our work and enhancing the user experience.

Giving Back to the Community

We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. This year, we've contributed to a variety of local initiatives, including:

• Sponsoring Local Talent: Sponsoring the Entrepreneurship category at the 20th Inverclyde Chamber's ICON Awards - congratulations Downriver Coffee ? - Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce
• Supporting Local Charities: Over the last year, we have supported several local organisations in a variety of ways, including Aid for Education, Ardgowan Hospice , Inverclyde Women's Aid , Gourock Golf Club, Lady Alice Bowling Club, NURU, Compassionate Inverclyde, and the Murray Sharp Foundation . ??

Our team has had a blast this year, both inside and outside the office. We've:

• Conquered the Escape Room: Successfully escaped a challenging escape room with less than one minute to spare! ??
• Networked with Industry Leaders: Attended numerous networking events hosted by Scottish Women in Business (SWIB) , Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce , Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce , Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and Scottish Chambers of Commerce .
• Received Royal Recognition: ??Been invited to the prestigious Garden Party at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh.
• Joined the RBS Accelerator Program: Embarked on a journey of growth and innovation. ??
