? Exactly one year ago, we experienced the worst tragedy the hospitality industry has ever been through.
Overnight, we saw cancellations, shutdowns, layoffs, furloughs, and tears.
March 17, 2020, I created this graphic to show our support for an industry we all love so much.
It's been a very long year!
We've all been through so much together.
We've all felt the loss.
We've all fought through negative thoughts.
We've all worked hard to remain strong.
We've stayed resilient.
We still have a long road ahead of us...
BUT we know we will make it through.

3 年Hospitality is (per Oxford dictionary) "the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers". It takes a special kind of person to fulfill this definition and a tremendous volume of people to make this industry what it is. We are hospitality strong, resilient, and adaptable to a new paradigm that is emerging. We got this and we will come out stronger and better. Can't wait to see you all in person soon!
