Year-End wrapped up and Goals for the New Year

2024 has been a year of immense growth and transformation for C&D Group. The journey has been marked by innovation, operational breakthroughs, and the fulfillment of our social responsibilities. We have really come a long way.

2024?YEAR IN REVIEW：

This year, we achieved significant milestones across several fronts.With the dedication of over 7,500 colleagues, each of whom played a vital role in supporting our daily operations, it was fantastic to see everyone came together to service?for our customers?in ways that reflect our commitment to excellence. These are just some highlights of what we’ve achieved this year:

• Company relocation, new beginnings:?In 2024, we moved to a new office location. After selecting the site in March, the relocation was completed in July. The new environment boosts teamwork efficiency and optimizes our workflow by the layout of the proximity of the sales team with the sampling room enabling better communication and service for our customers.

• Breakthroughs in African Factories: By introducing advanced equipment and applying production templates, we successfully mass produced the most intricately crafted jacket on the market in Africa.

• Committed to Community Impact: The factory as the top one workforce provider in Rwanda, our production capacity significantly increased and quality control further strengthened. We have made a positive contribution to the local economic and social development.

• Established logistic department:we established a logistic department in Africa, purchasing eight container trucks to enhance the efficiency, timeliness, and safety of storage and transportation, optimizing our supply chain and operational efficiency.

• Participation in FOCAC:?Our?CEO, Mr.Gordong, as the representative?of the only Chinese company in Rwanda, was invited to participate in the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). Strengthening ties with African countries has opened new avenues for cooperation, and we look forward to a better Sino-Africa relationship?for greater opportunities and providing better products and services to our global customers.

LOOK AHEAD:2025

In 2025, C&D Group will build on our 2024 achievements. We plan to?expand our African factory?by 7,114 square meters, adding 15 new production lines to meet growing demand and improve delivery times?for our customers.

Besides,?we will also push forward the “10,000 People Factory” initiative in collaboration with the Rwandan government to address youth unemployment, providing more job opportunities while advancing our social responsibility goals.

Additionally,?we?will?strengthen production synergies between Bangladesh and Africa, capitalizing on the strengths of Southeast Asia and Africa to ensure our flexibility and competitiveness in terms of delivery and production, and a second factory in Africa?is?to open to further respond to fluctuations in market demand!

As we move into 2025, C&D Group will continue focusing on innovation, optimizing production, and expanding global partnerships to ensure a bright future for our customers, employees, and communities！
