Year-end Party startup Grind Bhopal

Location: Workspace.city From the City of Lakes to its fast emerging as the faster-growing City for Startups. The year-end party is where one can sum up all their efforts in a few words to express to the people who have gone through the same experience. No doubt that start-up is a tough but delightful experience for all who believes in their idea and problem-solving abilities. The party was all about sharing those experiences.

The startup grind hosted its year-end party on 28th December. The party was organized for the young entrepreneurs of Bhopal who have set their foot in the market by introducing and implementing their unique ideas and innovations. Our aim was to give these people some time off work where they can celebrate their success, tell the tales of their failures, communicate with each other and enjoy the evening. Through the event entrepreneurs who have achieved great success shared their stories/insights with us.

After experiencing this event one thing is for sure that the city of Bhopal is the future city of startups. the 2019 was very special where we have seen the first generation entrepreneurs emerging and getting ready to lead the world. The Event witnessed around 80 startup founders of this city out of which some entrepreneurs had a special 2019 who had shared their experiences through this event. Kavindra Raghuwanshi, founder of Kabadiwala, Founder of purple turtle Ankit Shrivastav, Kunal Chandramani Founder of kstar and a YouTube sensation Ojasvi Verma shared their experiences with the community. It was a mix of amazing experiences where one person has raised funding from other winning 2 would Transplant games or a 16-year-old making a 2million dollars company or an artist reaching 100k subscription. Bhopal has so much versatility. The event was hosted by a standup comic Aman Mishra. The evening was charmed by the two performers by their incredible talent for singing and playing guitar.

Kavindra Raghuwanshi

Founder of The Kabadiwala which is a doorstep service intends to help out people to sell their household junks like newspapers, iron, plastic books, copies, metal etc. and get paid for it. It is intended to recycle, reuse, reduce up-cycle and resell the scrap. It is a platform for the residents to participate in responsible waste management and is best in class technology, logistics to process the scrap.

Kunal Chandiramani

An Indian Entrepreneur, TED speaker and the Chief Executive Officer of 2 successful startups and is often referred to as one of the youngest successful CEOs ever.In addition to having had been the youngest person ever to be awarded in a 35 under 35 list along with having been featured at multiple world-renowned platforms.Having had started his first company at 10, He is a strong believer in age never being a restriction.His 2 startups can be found out more about simply by a Google search.He has been a pioneer towards the Reach of Augmented Computation in over cranium computable devices and was not only the inventor but the first to implement the discovery into market-ready products.

Ankita Shrivastava: A role model for women entrepreneurs

At 26, She is the World Record Holder, for Long Jump and Ball Throw at the World Transplant Games organized by The Olympics Association. She is the 1st Indian to win 2 Gold in Long Jump, Ball Throw and 1 Silver in 100 m sprint for the country. The World Transplant Games witnessed 2027 participants from 59 countries and Ankita was the youngest to represent the country and win 3 of the 6 medals for India. She is a Live Liver Donor and donated 74% of her Liver to her Mother when she was only 20 years old.

Ankita Shrivastava is the CEO of MSA Sourcing and Direll Pet Ltd running the business of Sourcing and Direct Selling. She is the Executive Producer of Purple Turtle 2D Animation Series, published Author at the age of 19, National Swimmer and a Computer Science Engineer. Her name is also in the India Book of Records. She is also managing her Family business at Aadarsh Pvt Ltd, Central India's biggest printing and Publishing unit, they being licensee’s for Barbie, Ben10 and a Disney Approved Printer. Intellectual property developed by them, Purple Turtle has reached more than 29 countries through its educational content and has 14 Pre-schools across India and Nepal. She is a Tedx Speaker, Brand Ambassador of MP Live, World Gayatri Parivar, Sakaratmak Soch, Honorary Member of - Department of Sports and Youth Welfare - Madhya Pradesh, Young Indians by Confederation of Indian Industry and the Indian Women Network.

Ojasvi Verma

Ojasvi is a dancer and have been dancing from a young age. A YouTube channel creator and manager under the name 'Ojasvi Verma', a gallery of her dance videos. In 2019 she was awarded Silver play Button from YouTube for reaching 100k subscribers. She achieved 21,797 subscribers and 3,078,607 views in one-year initial span of YouTubing. Trained in Bharatnatyam dance form under Pratibhalaya Arts Academy (Bhopal) she works as a Western dance teacher at Tansen Sangeet Mahavidhyalay Bhopal. As part of her vision of providing a platform for talented artists in future, under the trademark of “Expressions”, she endeavor to promote the idea through her dance channel.She was awarded as Best Dancer on social media at Social Media Awards by 94.3 My FM.

The entrepreneurs majorly talked about branding and understanding the need of the people. The idea is to solve the problem faced by the common man in day to day life. Identifying them and come up with a solution that is easily acceptable and assessable by every person is the ultimate goal of a true entrepreneur.

Did India Tour being the official emcee for India's Biggest YouTuber Bhuvan Bam aka BB Ki Vines, Doing a show for Doordarshan television as the host, Acted for Sony TV premier show crime patrol as a parallel lead. He went to cities for shows with Bollywood playback singer Shalmali Kholgade and also the Indian Ocean.

Aman Mishra

Popularly known as "Mic ka Laal". He is a CA final student pursuing his articleship from Mumbai. Postgraduate in commerce. Started his stage career in poetry, now a professional anchor, stand up comedian, voice over artist and a writer. Along with 300+ shows under his belt.. He is a certified gym trainer.
