I cannot believe this will be the last newsletter of 2024. Since starting this initiative, 24(!) editions have been released, each packed with crucial updates from the eCommerce and logistics sector. How the time has flown by! ??

As I wrap up 2024, I can't help but look back on an incredible year for Prime Penguin and our team. It’s been a journey filled with exciting milestones, amazing partnerships, and the privilege of growing alongside our customers and collaborators.

This year, we were thrilled to welcome many new customers such as Flix , Evry Jewels , and MANTLE into the Prime Penguin family. Each one has brought new opportunities to innovate and expand the way we help businesses simplify and optimize their logistics. Some cases were more challenging than others, but all were equally important for the expansion and improvement of our offering.

Partnerships also played a huge role in our year. Collaborating with many industry leaders like ChannelEngine, Returbo, Monta, and Norce has allowed us to enhance our platform and create even more value for our users. Together, we’re making logistics smarter, more flexible, and ready for the future.

On the product side, we hit a major milestone with the release of Order Routing 2.0. This upgrade has given our customers more precision and control in managing their supply chains—a crucial tool for businesses navigating the complexities of logistics. We also stepped outside the office, attending events like the eCommerce Expo Berlin, The Logistics and Transportation Expo, and many fun after works! Meeting so many of you in person was a definite highlight and reminded us of why we do what we do - and how fun this business really is! ??

?? But what excites us most is what’s coming next. Here’s a little sneak peek at what’s on the horizon for 2025:

• We’re growing our team with new members who will bring fresh ideas and energy to Prime Penguin.
• We’re gearing up to launch a game-changing feature that will transform the way logistics are managed. We can’t wait to share more details with you soon!
• And we’re doubling down on our plug-and-play integrations, adding even more options to make your logistics as seamless as possible.
• We are working with our partners to release new content tailored for growing eCommerce brands. A complete guide written by the best in the business!
