The year 20-21 was for us at Husys

The above picture summarizes 2021 for us when we met in December 2021 at Hyderabad.

This December 2021 we finally met as a team in person after March 2020 Annual day celebrations. A long gap but really no one felt that way, as our interactions during Pandemic moved to a daily basis from a weekly basis before. What gave us an opportunity is to leverage time and the globe during this pandemic. Our team built a 300% growth ending 2021, isn't that great progress? All kudos to the team whom you can see on the picture above, but also to the team who are backing them up from behind.

Instead of me writing this article, I thought let the excitement come from my team. Let me present to you what each of my team members has to say this 2021 was.

Naresh: The Sthitaprajna: is a Sanskrit term that means “contented,” “calm” and “firm in judgment and wisdom.”

The 2021 year?for Me: Started off with a crazy single stretch single-handed road drive of 1200 km on 2nd Jan, achieved 2 big revenue milestones for the company before March 31st, and the growth trend continued. On another side, saw the craziest sounds of ambulances almost at 1 per 10 min, campaigned for Blood, Oxygen to the needy, helped approx 20-30 people through these initiatives ( thank god all back to life and normal),?many close friends, relatives infected with covid, lost 3 of the good friends, 2 relatives due to Covid.

Chaitanya: The Chief of Cyber Space for us :)

It's a roller-coaster. There have been a lot of sleepless nights, feeling worthless. I realized how strong I can be and how much my parents and family love me and mean to me. I found myself in a strong character, to give another attempt to start fresh and in a positive direction. Thank you for supporting me all the time. Finally, 2021 was completed in both good and bad, which made me grow as a better person. Looking forward to 2022 with new opportunities and greater achievements and loads of love.

Jyoti : The HRDYA : Friend of everyone

Professionally: This year Identified & tried?equipping the 2nd line team members to contribute towards growth aligning with Company's vision. Also enhanced and blended my managerial skills with leadership skills

On a personal front,?as it was the most distressing and tearful year, but with the sincere & infinite support of family, friends, and colleagues was able to take hold of the things mentally.

Last but not least, a great opportunity ushered in our lives which has motivated me personally and professionally to achieve another milestone.

Saritha : The Rajmata of Husys: Rajmata (Hindi: ???????; lit.?king's mother) is an Indian term used for the mother of the head of a princely family in India.

A Challenging year, both on the personal front and on the professional front.?

Personal - Working from home gave me the pleasure to be with family at all times and a challenge to continue to keep the expectations.

Professionally, the challenge was to transform me from an individual contributor to a team player. A lot of learning and guidance from the team helped me to successfully reach this goal.

Suresh: The Baktha: a bhakta is a spiritual devotee

Learn to unlearn some of the things which I used a lot. Building greater international connections and explorations. Building Growth in Business in Different/new-era of COVID which no one anticipated. Learned to manage teams remotely coupled with a New Work-life balance, working from home and managing wife and kids around..:). Also learnt taking biggest decisions in life this 2021.

Karteek - The Silent Executor

I learnt the Benefit of learning &?presence on digital media coupled with gianing the confidence towards the international markets.

Built a whole new virtual learning opportunities on HR Cloud for HR folks in the country. Covered more than 600 people in certifying on Aphusys - HR Cloud.

Working with clients in converting Operations into automation using technology. Individually Growing & gaining day by day, keep learning & preparing for future.

Finally its our turn : GR Reddy & Praveena : The Originators

We have gone through one of the exciting period of our Enterprenuership journey this 2021. Happy to have created a global mindset and opportunities for each of my team member who can step into 2022 in confidence.

Finally we were able to travel to the US via Maldieves for a 3 month long trip. After Feb 2020 this was a welcome International travel. Hyderabad, Male, Denver, Boulder, Manhattan-kasas, Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Americus & Richland back in Hyderabad.

I had a great time in meeting my Stanford Seed team on a conclave in Chennai. Also internally first time we had a physical meeting with our Leaders in Dec 2021 in setting up our goals 2022-2025.

Also just finished an on Road trip for New Year 2022 to Bangalore with team including visiting some of the best ancient places around. Proud to be part of a country with such a rich cultural heritage.
