I'm Wendy of Happier Healthier Humans. We're taming the tensions of modern living with simple steps to move better, feel better, live well so that you have more energy for enjoying a life you love.

You get an "A" !!! ??

Last week we activated the big WHY of using your big Y. (HERE)

This week we're amping up your energy more by giving you an A for your project so that you can put more YAY in every day!

It's good for you!

It keeps you going!

To start taming your tension remember to use?your big Y.

Arms up to the sky!

(Lift them literally or by imagining in your mind if unable to lift them physically)

Uplift yourself!

Align your spine, energy extending up through the top of the head.

Extend your fingers, energy flowing up and through fingertips.

Turn your palms in and out rotating the arm, opening the shoulder.

Your Big YAY

Brings your arms down at the sides energy extending through fingers down into the ground while through spine continuing to lift up to the sky.

Think about your shoulder blades sliding down toward your back pocket to keep the shoulders from rolling forward.

That's your big "A"!

And when you lift your arms back up, opening and expanding...

You've got more YAY in your day!!

Hooray!!

By lifting yourself up and opening with your big YAY you release unhelpful muscle tension and stress patterns.
