2024 was a transformative year for YAY Network. We gained recognition in the early-stage crypto investments market, built a strong portfolio featuring several unicorns, and drove promising projects to success. Our efforts helped many investors achieve financial freedom. Investment and fundraising achievements

• Number of Projects Funded: in 2024, we funded 16 Web3 startups, focusing on areas like Infrastructure, DePIN, RWA, and others.
• Total Funds Raised: $2.4 million raised this year to support next-generation Web3 innovators.
• Binance listed projects: 3 (ChainGPT, LayerZero, Movement Labs)

Standout Success Stories:

• Movement Labs. MOVE exemplifies why patience, backed by due diligence and exclusive opportunities, pays off. We invested in the seed round alongside top-tier VCs and waited over a year for the project to be listed. This has become our most successful syndicate investment, with $MOVE now trading at more than 200 times our investment price.
• Truflation. We joined the private round and secured the best price terms in the market. Supported by Chainlink and the Base Ecosystem Fund, it launched successfully at 15 times our investment price. Despite current price fluctuations, this investment remains profitable, and we have strong confidence in the team and the potential of Truflation.
• Bubblemaps. We were pleased to discover and invest in this project early on, before it became a market standard and a widely used on-chain analytics tool. We wish Bubblemaps a successful launch and continued market expansion.
• 3 NDA deals, in which we co-invested with a16z, 1kx, Borderless Capital, Polychain, and other reputable VCs. In 2024 we gained access to fundraising for future unicorns, co-investing with major crypto venture capital funds.
• ChainGPT. Our second most successful venture and a standout launch in 2023. We’re thrilled to watch the team gain traction, develop new products, acquire users, and expand to new exchanges. Congratulations on the recent Binance Futures listing!

Other milestones

• New investors: 850 people invested with YAY Network in at least one deal in 2024. Among them, 210 participated in three or more deals.
• We’ve successfully implemented NDA agreements for our investors, allowing us to access top-tier projects unavailable to retail investors elsewhere. This approach helps us build a closed professional network with the best investment opportunities in the market.
• We’re updating our legal status to fully comply with all compliance standards and MiCA regulations. We are among the first in our field to do this, and we’re prepared to assist our partners in navigating these processes.
• Spaces: in 2024 we’ve hosted X Spaces with industry leaders like Ava Labs, Kaspa, ChainGPT, Aethir, DMail, Pangolin, Lumoz, and others. This was a good experience in bringing awareness to our syndicate while presenting new projects and narratives to our own community.

We believe 2024 built a solid foundation for the crypto to shine in 2025. The introduction of crypto ETFs in 2024 has marked a turning point for the industry, legitimizing cryptocurrencies in the eyes of skeptics and traditional investors alike. The capital inflows into Bitcoin ETFs have been staggering, demonstrating unprecedented institutional interest and laying the groundwork for mainstream adoption.

With the return of Donald Trump to the Oval Office, there’s growing anticipation for a more relaxed regulatory landscape. This shift could ignite new narratives and change the landscape of the crypto market:

• ICO 2.0 Season: A new wave of community-driven fundraising may emerge, better regulated yet still fostering the grassroots innovation and energy that defined the original ICO era.
• Bitcoin Strategic Reserve: Rumors about Bitcoin being considered as part of national reserves are circulating. If realized, this could elevate Bitcoin’s status as a strategic global asset, unlocking a narrative that is far from priced into today’s market.

We can finally see well-established solid narratives that will lead the way in 2025.

AI and AI Agents. It looks like this year AI had a calm before the storm, and we will witness a new wave of AI innovation, with AI agents taking center stage. These autonomous entities will integrate seamlessly with blockchain, executing complex tasks, managing DeFi portfolios, and participating in governance processes without human intervention.

DePIN and RWA. The buzz surrounding Real-World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) has passed its initial phases of excitement and skepticism. Now, it’s time for these sectors to deliver real-world use cases and penetrate traditional markets.

Meme Culture and Community Narratives. The meme meta is here to stay, serving as a powerful tool for onboarding new users. Whether it’s degenerate memes or tokens representing cultural movements, meme-based assets capture human emotion and creativity in ways traditional markets cannot.
