Yanpai's 3rd Vocational Skills Competition has come to a Successful Ending

Grand Opening

To promote the spirit of craftsmanship and inspire Yanpai employees to pursue excellence in the company's journey toward high-quality development, the Yanpai group proudly initiated the 3rd Vocational Skills Competition in September, encouraging employees to “build dreams with craftmanship and shine with skills.”

The competition lasted four days and consisted of four events: dust filter bag sewing, forklift operation, plate-and-frame filter bag sewing, and welding. A total of 105 employees participated.

Dust filter bag sewing

In the sewing skills competition, the contestants showcased their thorough understanding of bag structure and mastery of sewing techniques. With nimble fingers, contestants rapidly maneuvered scissors and needles to measure, cut, and stitch. Each adjustment of stitch length and depth was carefully calculated, resulting in flawless seams.

Forklift operation

In contrast to the sewing event, the forklift operation competition was more tense and exciting. It's like an "industrial version of a driving test" that challenges each driver's skills and maneuvers.

Plate-and-frame filter bag sewing

A sense of intensity and concentration permeated the plate-and-frame filter bag sewing competition. Contestants demonstrated their proficiency in operating sewing machines, their hands moving with fluid precision as their eyes remained fixed on their work.

Welding

The welding competition was a fiery spectacle filled with sparks and intense heat. Welders skillfully manipulated their welding torches, adjusting settings to create the perfect weld. The metal gradually melted and fused under the glow of the arc light, forming a seamless bond.

Award Time

From a field of highly skilled competitors, eleven individuals emerged as champions. To honour their exceptional abilities, the company hosted an awards ceremony on October 8th at the headquarters. During the awarding event, company executives awarded the winners with certificates and substantial prizes, commending their outstanding performance.
