To reach carbon neutral and peak carbon dioxide emissions, Yanpai cooperates with Feifengshan and the west plants of Fujian Water Supply Co., LTD, upgrading the filter cloth in the sludge dewatering workshop of the water plant. After the upgrade, the filtration efficiency of the filter cloth at the water plant has significantly improved, along with enhanced production efficiency and filter cake discharging efficiency.
Feifengshan Factory is located in Jiangbian village, Jianxin Town, Cangshan District, with its water source from the Min River, covering about 187 acres. The project's first phase, as a supporting project of the first Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China, was completed and put into operation in December 2016, with a water supply scale of 150,000 tons/day. In June 2022, a new in-depth treatment process with a scale of 300,000 tons/day was built, and the Feifengshan Plant's water supply capacity was expanded to 300,000 tons per day.
To provide better service in the water industry, Yanpai subdivides the sewage field according to the characteristics of the tap water source and treatment process and develops specialized filter cloth for the water industry. With a complete set of filter cloth production lines from raw material drawing to filter cloth forming, combined with 30 years of filtration experience, using heavy-duty rapier looms imported from Germany to weave the finest threads into filter cloth with the highest density and various hole shapes, achieving the goal of increasing production efficiency, energy conservation, and carbon reduction for customers.
