Plumbing & Gas Solutions Ltd, have been partnered with Yamaha Music UK for the best part of 5 years, having looked after the annual gas maintenance and completing a full bespoke washroom upgrade. In recent years the boiler system has been continually failing and with limited spares available, we worked with Yamaha to specify a suitable solution.
The GB162 boiler is perfect for both large domestic and commercial applications. This boiler has outputs of 50, 65, 80 and 100kW, with the ability to cascade up to 800kW as part of a multi-boiler 'cascade' system. Its compact dimensions make it especially suitable for installations where space is restricted, and, for larger heat demands, the GB162 can be easily combined in any combination of 2 to 8 boilers either in-line or back-to-back, using the Bosch cascade kits.
In brief the project that Plumbing & Gas Solutions completed included:
- Removal of old boiler system
- Installation of a 450kW Worcester Bosch GB162 system complete with an inline Worcester cascade kit, shunt pumps and low loss header
- Installation of new flue system to roof level
- Control modification to existing control panel
- Installation of a pressurization unit
- Complete building powerflush
- Lagging, labelling and plant room clean
- Registration with Gas Safe and Worcester Bosch to ensure 5 years Guarantee
