We're looking for strong talent in marketing.

With our newly launched marketplace www.yachtneeds.com we are now expanding our team. This role is assigned to the person responsible for the entire Marketing and Communication activities of YACHTNEEDS, a superyacht trusted brand, across Europe and in the US, and will report directly to the COO.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Become the advocate of our brand values to drive, build and consolidate brand awareness in the Superyacht Industry.
  • Perfect and drive the company’s overall marketing strategy to create a trade and communication marketing action plan, by aligning with team leaders across other company departments (commercial and sales team)? in order to achieve measurable MOM growth for main established KPIs.
  • Manage and continuously optimise product data feeds onto main organic and paid advertising platforms to expand efficiency and visibility for thousands of products uploaded constantly on YACHTNEEDS Marketplace.
  • Monitor, report and forecast on assigned marketing budget and manage all marketing expenditure, with a strong focus on MROI increase.
  • Drive willingness of internal customers by leveraging innovative marketing solutions to raise sales efficiency and efficacy for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Executes trade and communication plans across all regions, with a strong focus in Europe (Italy, France, Spain) and in the US.
  • Takes part in worldwide superyacht and boat show events alongside the sales team and company management team to represent and to consolidate company brand image in the superyacht industry.
  • Nurtures relationships with local industry stakeholders.
  • Constantly perfects and supervises content creation and social media posting.
  • Takes control and handles all performance marketing areas, from paid ads, to content media and email marketing departments, to create cohesive brand image and to align all communication touchpoints.
  • Partners with Graphical team for the realization of all marketing materials, assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking ad copy.
  • Partners with the digital consultants for digital and on-line communication needs for defined region(s), including social media and digital campaigns.
  • Accomplishes day-by- day marketing tasks by coordinating all marketing projects and activities across several departments involved.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communication office, handling full projects from briefing to delivery.
  • Proficiency into big data handling, dynamic product feed management and optimisation and all related tools for management is an absolute must (Google Shopping feeds, Facebook Commerce Manager, Google Merchant Centre). This is a mandatory criteria into this job seeking position. Remember, we are a marketplace!
  • Solid expertise into optimising and optimising results on all paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) , with a proven record of results, is also a must for this position.
  • Customer focused (both B2C and B2B) , with a data driven decision taking perspective.
  • Dynamic attitude, capable of work under briefing and execute by respecting time and resource constraints (Proven ability to work in an agency model where there is give and take with internal clients on projects is a plus).
  • Organised and timely in planning and executing all marketing activities, providing full tools to give visibility to Senior Managers.
  • Proven experience in an international, multi-country environment.
  • Strong communication skills, to establish solid and valuable relationships with internal customers and stakeholders at a global level.
  • Clear understanding of the pleasure boating industry’s dynamics (previous yachting industry experience is a big plus).
  • Basic knowledge with using graphic design tools, including printed material.
  • Fluent in English; other languages will be considered a plus (French, Italian).
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, developing/giving presentations in English.?
  • Good use of office software applications in the Office packet (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).?
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Master Control and SAP will be considered a plus.
