Having worked on board yachts for many years, Earth & Sea Elite Lifestyle was originally founded to share the 6* superyacht service standards with owners who wanted those same impeccable standards in their private houses around the world. As is often the case we were asked to support our owners both on land and sea and since relocating our HQ to Palma, Mallorca our Yacht Management Division has grown exponentially.

Over the past three decades, our coaching partners have worked with a variety of crews to help them understand what it really takes to break in, move up and build a successful career in the exciting, yet sometimes maddening, world of superyachting.
