The tools we use to work collaboratively are not always as intuitive as they seem. In order for an organization to successfully adopt a collaborative and secure remote work environment, all users need to have a certain baseline of knowledge. Fact sheets, mandatory training, drop-in Q&A sessions, and continual monitoring of compliance with data use and sharing policies are all tools that IM professionals can use to achieve this goal.
