This song, written back in 2010 at the start of China's 12th Five-Year Plan (FYP), is still relevant today, at the start of the 13th FYP. It describes China's intention to reform, restructure and rebalance its economy away from an investment-led, export-led growth model to a more consumption oriented economy.
