Xtera named supplier for Seaborn Network's ARBR submarine cable linking Argentina to Brazil.

The 2,700 km open system is a joint venture between Seaborn Networks and the Werthein Group, and offers a 4-fibre pair, 48Tbps, direct PoP-to-PoP.
