Hybrid Work Schedules Must Make Sense

Payroll Employment Rises by 253,000 in April; Unemployment Rate Changed Little at 3.4 Percent

Both the unemployment rate, at 3.4 percent, and the number of unemployed persons, at 5.7 million, changed little in April. The unemployment rate has ranged from 3.4 percent to 3.7 percent since March 2022.

  • Has 35 nurses currently working in all departments- ICU, PACU, ER, OR, SurgeTechs and Oncology

  • Metrics- 460 calls per week, 26 weeks booked, 20 travelers on assignment. The team reporting to him has the same goals but cut in half
  • Managing a team of 5 Recruiters- make sure their pipelines are in order. He likes to be hands on with his team, hosts Teams meetings once a week, make sure they stay motivated and are hitting their metrics
  • In a previous sales position with a financial sales organization that focuses on healthcare:
  • Reached out to medical practices to sell lending and debt consolidation services
  • Helped the practices acquire loans from $20k-$250k.
  • Followed leads, began the lending process, soft credit checks, got terms within 24-48 hours and guided the clients throughout the process
