Xi 400 & Xi 410 with Better NETD
Davis Controls Ltd.
Industry has trusted us for decades to deliver application expertise, innovative solutions and exceptional support.
For Thermal Cameras, the NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) is a limiting factor regarding the sensitivity and ultimately the overall performance of the Thermal Camera. The Thermal Camera's NETD defines the detector sensitivity. The smaller the NETD, stated in milli-Kelvin (mK), the better the detector and its ability to detect subtle differences.
Optris has improved one of the core parameters of their imagers - the NETD! The Xi 400 models now have an NETD of 50 mK and the Xi 410 models an NETD of 60 mK. The new generation of microbolometers and several improvements to the analog electronics have made this possible.
PI 640i with 2x Microscope Optics M02X
The new additional microscope optics with 2x magnification is available now. With a pixel size on the object plane of just 8 μm, it opens the door to thermal analysis of tiny electronic components on the chip-level.
For a compelling user experience, we offer the PI 640i MO2X with a premium microscope stand with a coarse and fine drive. The package is completed by a base plate with ESD pad, and the standard microscope stand which can be used for full board analysis if a standard optics is added.
With the new MO2X optics, we now offer two dedicated microscope thermal imaging solutions for the electronics industry.
