After subscribing to an X1 Preferred Triple Play or Quad Play package (or above), customers will receive an offer email at their preferred email address. This email will direct them to xfinity.com/ipad, where they can purchase the following iPad model:

5 年I have been dealing with Xfinity on this issue for 2 weeks and it will not let me do it. Their tech support has worked very hard and they do not know what the problem is.

6 年For what it is worth, I ordered one and had it within a week. My son did the same thing and he also had no problem. No idea why some people had such problems

6 年I ordered my ipad on the 24th of last month it's the 6th of August and I haven't received my iPad yet when I called today Xfinity told me it would be 15 business days because they are in back stock and are not sure when it will come off truck?

6 年I put in an order for my iPad July 1,2018 & it’s now July 17,2018 & everybody I talk to from Xfinity does not have a clue on my order. One agent told me they ran out of iPads & I will receive my iPad 4-8 weeks then one agent told me that I have to call Xfinity mobile for my iPad and etc. very disappointed.?
