Shout out to John Glissmeyer and Rob Code for putting on a great Xactimate Certification Training course 2 weeks ago. Rob did a deep dive into the science of teaching. We came away with our quivers full of concepts, principles, and best practices to help us become better and more effective trainers. Also, met some outstanding peers and gleaned valuable information from there vast knowledge and experience. And, received my XCT certification and badge.
