Company Story?

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work became the norm worldwide. During this time, an opportunity was noticed. Pablo Garcia and Sebastian Martinez, the co-founders of Thaloz, saw that the U.S had a growing demand for developers. They realized they could meet this need with the large amount of tech talent in Latin America. With this idea, Thaloz was started in Montevideo, Uruguay.?

At first, Thaloz started to work with partners that connected them to top tech companies in the U.S.. These partnerships not only proved that Thaloz could deliver quality work but also gave the team more motivation to grow and achieve more.?

In just two years, Thaloz grew from a two-person team to a team of around 100 people. This team, made up of both support staff and remote developers working for nearshore companies, shows the big impact Thaloz has made in the tech industry.?

Last year, Thaloz added a new service - Thaloz Labs. This new part of the business focuses on making custom software and setting it up for customers. Thaloz Labs has added to the services offered by Thaloz that help meet the diverse needs of the tech industry.?

Today, Thaloz is a model of creativity and strength in the world of remote work. As the company keeps moving forward, it is always ready to create new things, help others grow, and set new high standards in the tech world.?
