You're probably thinking to yourself if you saw ending credit and post credit scene like what's happening? Are the X-Men and Young Avengers coming? I was wondering myself because this whole MCU s*** just got a whole lot more crowded. It's like a product that expanding too fast too quickly. Focus too much on quantity over quality.
When are the X-Men coming to the MCU?
In The Marvels post-credit scene, we see Monica lying in the med-bay at Xavier's Mansion where we see someone who looks like her mother but is actually Binary and Beast played by the original actor Kelsey Grammer in The Last Stand. Turns out Monica woke up in another universe, perhaps the FOX X-Men universe.
Now the question is, "When are the X-Men coming to the MCU? and how long will it take for her to eventually find her way back to her universe?
Well Deadpool 3 which comes out next summer could be a chance where they introduce the original X-Men in the MCU played by all the classic actors. Monica could find her way back home but we might not see it for some time which is unfortunate.
The Young Avengers? But it's an all-female cast.
In the end credit's scene we see Kamala Khan do her best Nick Fury impersonation and recruit Kate Bishop (aka the new Hawkeye) to her team that she's putting together. She also put out some feelers to Scott Lang's daughter Cassie(Stature). It's also safe to assume, Kamala will recruit America Chavez (Ms America) as well.
When you look at that team currently constructed, it's 4 women. To me that's not a problem as long as there's good storytelling and character development.
The comic book accuracy is almost there but not quite yet. In the comics, Kamala isn't part of the Young Avengers, but she's part of a team called Champions. Iron-Lad is the original team founder of the Young Avengers and is a variant of Kang the Conquerer.

Where do we go from here?
There's been a lack of consistency and continuity post Endgame. It's like people had to do extra homework in order to know what was going on which they had to pay for with a Disney+ subscription.
In order to follow Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness and why Scarlet Witch turned dark, you had to watch WandaVision.
In order to know who Monica & Kamala are, you had to watch WandaVision & Ms Marvel. To know who Kate Bishop is, you had to watch Hawkeye.
Then that doesn't include trying to watch Loki which the end of season 1 soft teases Ant-Man & The Wasp Quantumania and the introduction of Kang the Conquerer.
It's too much and it doesn't include the other non related content that Disney produced since Endgame like the Eternals.
The state of the MCU product is in chaos right now and it has become very difficult to follow. It's broken and it might be broken beyond repair because they went away from their core audience. They went away from what was working and what was making them money.
I have an idea on how I would have approached the multiverse saga since Endgame.
