World Women Impacting Real Estate , is a sisterhood dedicated to women collaborating in the real estate ecosystem. We also have many men leaders that we recognize that are WWIRE members as we can only succeed to make real estate gender equal together.

As we embrace the spirit of love and entrepreneurship on this special day, we extend our heartfelt wishes to each and every one of you. Valentine's Day serves as a poignant reminder of the passion that propels us forward in our endeavors, and an occasion to honor the triumphs and trials we've faced as women entrepreneurs and leader in an industry often dominated by male voices, let us take pride in our solidarity, our mutual support, and our collective journey towards success.

I am always amazed to think about my mother who was one of the first Women Presidents in commercial real estate when she created her agency in 1956.

My sister Liska Blodgett was also one of the first women real estate Presidents in Chicago 45 years ago.

I have been blessed to have these 2 role models that have encourage me to create WWIRE.EU to show more role models of great women leaders in real estate.

Can you imagine who was the first woman in architecture?

Lady Elizabeth Wilbraham (1632-1705): hailed as the first known woman architect, with the design of the 1670s Weston Hall in Staffordshire attributed to her.

Louise Blanchard Bethune (1856–1913) is widely considered to be the first woman to practice as a professional architect in the United States.
