October has been a busy month at Wallace Whittle! We headed to central Manchester for Healthcare Estates at the beginning of the month with our unmissable stand. We toured Princes Street in Edinburgh with Location Director Stephen Osborne and chatted through the four (!) projects we're working on there. Between sharing news of staff promotions across the business (well done everyone!), we caught up with Craig Robertson about the London Plan Review for a ‘New Approach’ to housing targets in London and we interviewed Paul Dean on the 10th Anniversary milestone our Warrington office is currently celebrating.?

2) Rayner Scraps London Plan Review for a ‘New Approach’ with Mayor, Paving the Way for 81,000 New Homes

We spoke to Craig Robertson , Head of Residential at Wallace Whittle, to discuss the UK government’s recent move to fast-track London’s housing by prioritizing collaboration over lengthy reviews.
