WHETHER BULLETS OR CODES YOUR U.S. VETERAN IS READY!
Will our next major conflict require more ammunition then the last? Or will the fight take place in a new dimension without a single bullet fired? Look at the proposed six potential hot-spots for the next major conflict (subject to endless opinion of course): U.S./Iran Iran/Israel U.S./Turkey U.S./N.Korea U.S./China Kashmir (India/Pakistan) *link to article that addresses this below.
WWI-20 Million deaths WWII-75 Million deaths WWIII-XX? Deaths
Would a informational attack or infrastructure hack that doesn’t test one ounce of military might (in the traditional sense) cripple western civilizations to the point of feeling as though we were bombed into submission.
Is it possible that we will need more cyber warriors that never fire a round as opposed to more troops than ever before? Perhaps our next enemy will never even see our faces?
We should consider major threats to peace to look very different today then in our past: theft of intellectual property, cyber-attacks, sophisticated hacks, bribes, fake news, information screening, e-virus, infrastructure impairment, communication shutdown, etc etc.
These threats can lead to physical issues outside of cyber space. Merle Maigre, the Director of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence and an expert in analyzing Cyber Attacks has warned that the United States should be well prepared for shock cyber attacks from foes like Russia that could hack critical infrastructure and can cause plane crashes and water poisoning by contaminating water utilities**.
Our United States Military Branches are in a never ending state of awareness and training when it comes to the onslaught of cyber attacks from every corner of the world. As your company looks to bolster abilities to protect critical infrastructure and information look to your U.S. Veterans first...they have been on the front lines and bring so much to the table. You may find them in the Army Cyber Brigade, the Air Force's Cryptologic component, Navy Cyber Warfare Command, Marines Cyberspace Command, or even our new Space Force Cybersecurity Teams.
Our next war may very well start with a shot fired never heard or seen...

4 年The next War may have no direct casualties. I think it will be a constant draw for money and influence. Using marketing and politics, to shift peoples views and increase power. The next war, in my belief, will bankrupt entire economies, requiring "aid" to remain stable. Shifting balance and power. Will Veterans help in this. Yeah. Having experience, world views, understanding different cultures, will all be valid to protect our future.
