Quote From This Episode

“As we get more conviction at this moment together, something very interesting start starts to happen. As you get a conviction, you start to get more passionate, you get more curious. And then all of the sudden information and things are on your side. And you can have that hard conversation with your CMO CEO and private equity and SVP, whomever the heck it is, and guess what they're doing right now. They're listening for the first time ever...“

Vince Menzione software indeed is everywhere and is just a tool. Growth for the better or for the worst depends on the data available and how in the action data is leveraged upon. So both legal and legitimate use should be a true concern taken care of by ‘expert’ eco systems. Therefor I see values as an important topic binding people within ecosystems. Jill Rowley I see more people getting more reluctant towards higher levels of technology/data evolutions they sometimes are forced into. So yes there is too a ‘duh’ phase risk that may be triggered outside the ecosystem. Ps: I am a big believer in the value technology can provide but expectations created are sometimes based on shallow assumptions about customer, patient and citizen behavior. Eg End-user adoption goes beyond perfection and enduser-friendliness. Despite all the ‘process execution’ journeys developed still too much inside-out thinking.

Maybe it should be ‘echo’ system if a particular conviction starts resonating in the minds of other people too. ?? Anyway if people become eager to identify themselves with a same goal, project, product … or value, once leveraged upon this can lead to awesome reciprocal facilitation that makes goals achievable without external help. If done properly and consciously about what binds the people in an ecosystem, the ‘wow’ will be resilient and lasting goal after goal.

We’re currently is the “wow” phase of the decade of ecosystems. We’ll quickly get to the “duh” phase, and more quickly then we did with marketing automation. #TooMuchTech #NotEnoughPartnering #ConvictionIsContagious
