Don’t be afraid to experiment with new ideas.

Don’t be afraid to venture off the beaten path and down trails few have visited.

Don’t be afraid to experience different versions of your Self.

As Rick Rubin highlights, don’t be afraid to pursue interests, passions, or curiosity that may end up being a “wrong turn”. That wrong turn will allow you to learn new skills, meet new people, and most importantly discover more about your Self.

When on your Pursuit, there really is no “wrong turn”.

And it only gets better with his other idea - you’ll need 8ish mistakes to make it click. Either to turn (or reframe) all those wrong turns into a right turn, or to make all those perfectly executed right turns into something actually interesting.
