Are there wrong questions?
I saw this article today and thought it relevant to my normal posts. The author talks about how Design Thinking helps ask the right questions, and I believe that is one of the most powerful byproducts of the process.

When I was a consultant many years ago, the phrase we heard was 'answer the un-asked question', and to a degree that is still what this does. There are other parts to that process, and it provides a method for not only getting to the questions, but being able to synthesize the answers (especially difficult when you have answers from 100 or more people!) as well as how to act on them.
Would love to hear feedback on the process, the article, etc. Let me know your thoughts.
