Hello friends,

In case you ever wondered, I really do write this letter and along with the Novella team, all of the content in this newsletter. It’s written by real humans, based on trends we are seeing in the industry and real questions from clients and potential clients. I think that’s how we keep it fresh and relevant.

While AI is useful for some things, we do not use it to create content. But like many businesses, we are integrating AI into some of our processes and automating simple tasks. In terms of marketing, design, and branding, we are exploring ways to add AI to our toolbox.

AI's Impact on Business Communication and Sales

As a team deeply immersed in social media both professionally and personally, we’ve noticed a growing buzz around AI from creators and businesses alike. However, a TikTok?video?recently caught our attention, sparking thoughts on the emerging trend of in-person communication and sales.

As AI becomes pervasive in business communication, will pitches and emails start to sound the same? Could success increasingly hinge on face-to-face interactions as a result? And if so, how do you get someone’s attention to get that in-person meeting? How do you make your emails and digital outreach stand out? ?

In today’s world, people are yearning for personality and personal connection. By infusing your brand and message with a personal touch, you can create more meaningful connections with clients, leading to greater success. Standing out with authentic marketing and thought leadership builds trust leading to in-person opportunities with clients. These face-to-face interactions are invaluable for truly understanding each other, achieving shared goals and ultimately, making the sale.
