Writing my Cookbook!

Writing my Cookbook!

A page from my outline with heavy corrections. This is an uphill battle and is way harder than I ever expected. Years ago I hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, all 2167.2 miles of it. I can fondly remember the taste of water at the top of Stratton Mountain in Vermont. I climbed hard to get there sweating profusely in the cold weather. I can remember finally reaching the top. A small metal pipe trickled water from a fresh water spring. The water tasted sweeter than any other water I ever had before. My soul felt complete. This book is an uphill battle. Many times I am going to curse and say fuck it. Eventually I will get to taste the water from that sweet spring... and man will it taste good. Come for the ride!
