Writing Jira Stories

Are you keeping your audience in mind when you write Jira stories?
It is a mistake to write stories like you are creating a grocery list. Taking inventory of all the things not done yet and writing bulleted statements to set expectations. This usually is more of an issue with an experienced developer who is transitioning from a waterfall mindset and starting to adopt Agile methodology. Try telling a story while leaving some room for imagination. Allow your reader to fill in the blanks. Make sure to reference a solid set of rules as guardrails.
