WRITING TO HEAL
In today’s busy life we have tension, stress, frustrations, anxiety and anger, …etc, etc. Though there are so many ways to tackle with it, but writing is the best solution.
When we write something then things printed on mind in the best way.
Writing improves emotional health. Immunity system works better. By writing we express our emotions and ideas.
When we write our good-experiences we generate endorphin hormone. Which gives good feelings.
When we write our bad-experiences then we minimize our stress-level. For writing paper , computer keys or mobile keys are available. But always opt a paper only.
By writing on a paper, mind muscles and the pores of fingers reflects better response.
By writing on paper many knowledge organs (Sensory faculty) starts to work. It is a exercise of mind.
So, if you want a healthy and active mind start writing on a paper.
When we write we reflect the things, which give us happiness.

According to psychologist when we write down our own grief, affliction, pain and emotions on a blank-paper then we feel light.
