Then you should describe your social activity in scientific community as a member of American Scientific Organizations, reviewer/editor in scientific journals, participation in organizing conferences, providing talks on University colloquiums and seminars, mentoring students. Describe all your prizes, awards, grants. For EB-1/EA application you should concentrate on your extraordinary achievements, prizes, awards, whereas for EB-2/NIW application you should follow the narrative thread about National interest, that the grant for your study was from American Scientific Funding Agency, the topic of your research is of National interest, your goal to continue your research in US is of National interest.

Then you can provide the whole list of all supporting documents attached to the petition, and conclude the petition:

I believe that my petition contains enough evidence 
that the granting me a permanent residency is 
in the best national interest of the United States. 
My goal is to continue research in the area of 
my expertise in order (and in hope) to discover 
new ideas, approaches and phenomena in addition
