Writers are Shape Shifters & this Ghost has proof!

Very few people have lived to tell stories of Ghosts. And what most of them will likely agree is that such encounters are downright scary, unsettling and most of the time, unpleasant. But there are few exceptions. You know, typical stories of good ghosts, clever ghosts and even kind ones. I don't doubt them, I just wonder why any ghost would choose to be good, I mean you're literally a ghost. Trying to play hero? Well good luck with that.

And that brings us to why you're reading this piece. Does that make me a Ghost?

I don't know. What's more important is what I'm about to share.

THERE'S A SHAPE SHIFTER AMONGST US!

Actually, there's more than one. You live with them, eat with some of them, trust some of them and have some of them hold your babies and children. Imagine that, a trusted friend, someone you love and root for, hiding this sinister secret that I'm about to bring to you for free. Chilling eh?

They like to play disguise under the shabby title of a writer. But I can assure you these wicked creatures are so much more. And if you pay attention more closely on Linky land, you'll find them with the tag ''writer'' on their bios and head lines.

The art of Shape shifting & Writing.

Shape shifting is considered one of the most dangerous abilities to exist. It's okay if you don't believe this is true, but I'm not here to cater to what you believe or not. I'm here to expose something you should know, so if you choose to read on (I would, if I were you) you'd be glad you did.

Shape shifters have the ability to change their appearances and even their entire body into different objects, animals, forms and other elements. Simply put, they can switch from their original shape into any shape of their choice or liking. Like the picture above of a man shifting into a hybrid version of a werewolf and a hyena.

Yeah, the really good ones can shift between two or more forms at a time.

Now, that makes you wonder (I mean you're smart obviously, right?) what does writing have to do with all of this anyway?

Glad you asked.

Writers are unreal. You see, they are able to comfortably change shape, absorb emotions and translate that into any thing they want. They can shape shift from a single mom with a cat into a teenage girl on a mission to save or destroy the world. They make people see and hear things by putting mere sentences together. And even worse, writers create worlds that do not really exist and hypnotize people they call readers into believing them.

You can be anything you dream. But for writers, you can be anything you write.

Whatever is required to become what they have to become, in order to express an emotion, convey an idea or preserve a message, a writer is the perfect architect. So flawlessly, they are one character today and another tomorrow, endlessly and so often mindlessly shape shifting and waltzing through it all.

Some of them are really so good that they can become three, four, five, even ten characters at once. They tear down worlds and build some too. They make our people cry and evoke careless humour in others. In some, they create confusion with unnecessary twists and suspense (as if life isn't already a plot) and leave an addiction, a yearning to always want more of their spells...erhm...well, words actually. The thing called books, you know them right?

And just as good as new, they flip the switch and return back to character. Dwelling amongst us and living weird, boring lives.

Everyone knows a Shape Shifter or two!

Now, that you're reading this, I bet a name or names have begun to come to mind. It doesn't matter if you try to ask them.

Ever seen a shape shifter agree to be one?

But it doesn't matter. What matters is that you know and you can now protect yourself and your loved ones.
