Write the Master Plan for a GPT Workforce
I suspect that ChatGPT is on a ’10% Better Everyday’ trajectory.
While I’ve been working hard at getting / or making life (and work) ‘1% Better’ — OpenAI has been releasing some really useful features that will - no surprise - give us exponential gains in productivity.
After a rather intense week in Jakarta, I want to sit back this evening, as I work on my ‘1%’.? But it’s a potentially high-leverage '1%'…
I’m writing a ‘GPT Workforce Master Plan’.
While I’ve experimented with, and built, a couple of CustomGPTs — I know I’m not maximizing their potential.?
And that’s because I’ve my approach has been tactical so far.
So — now I’m going to select a certain functional responsibility in my life and/or work — that I hope to have ChatGPT completely eliminate or replace.?
And I’m going to think about how a set of CustomGPTs can achieve that.
I consider it akin to building a virtual GPT Workforce — not unlike a team of actual humans.
The principles I’ll follow are:
At the start of the article, I mentioned ‘A GPT Workforce’, and not ‘The GPT Workforce’ — because I think we’ll each have multiple configurations serving our various business and personal needs.
