Write it Down, Stupid!

Don't let it swirl down into the toilet of your mind forever
“Warning: when feelings become the means of thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think greater than how we feel. To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self.” Dr. Joe Dispenza (Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself)
Many times our dreams die in our heads. Everything that you can think or create swirls around in your thoughts, and they might make it out on paper or in the form of a to do list Item, but for the most part, they die right in our minds.
This has everything to do with our Feelings and nothing to do with out Intelligence. If we were really smart, we’d record every idea we ever have as soon as we have it. At least if it’s down on paper our just living outside our brain somewhere, we can recognize what to do with it next.
But most times we’ll forget about it, and maybe the thought will come back or maybe it won’t. But the very least thing you can try is to record it somehow. That’s how Businesses are made, that’s how we connect with people, that’s how the working world runs. We have a thought, and we follow through on it.
So write things down, on paper, on a digital tablet, using your phones assistant or Alexa, just write it down and then decided what to do with it. Your psyche will thank me later.
