10 个月So that's the motivation behind your daily thoughts ?? Or why I keep writing articles on my blog... Or...? I thought it is to structure my thoughts on topics. And consciously research in order not to share fakenews or bad research for "facts"...

10 个月Saw an interesting version of this the other day. Letter to myself in 5/10 years time. Helps focusing on longer term targets but also highlights that some of the current challenges/ troubles are only temporary.
Writing and visualisation are very powerful tools. Ruminations written down during the night can help safe your sleep ??
