Wrist Mobilization Benefits CTS
Among a group of 40 women with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), those treated with mobilization of the hamate and scaphoid bones of the wrist for ten weeks experienced greater improvements in pain and symptom severity, functional status, and median nerve conduction than patients who only wore a wrist splint during this time.
