2024 Highlights: A Year of Milestones and Innovation

As we wrap up the year, Flynn Bros Projects is proud to reflect on the progress made on some of our most notable projects:

• Roseridge Facility: We are proud to share that the Roseridge Facility is now 100% complete. The building is fully operational, occupied, and actively serving customers, just as planned. This achievement highlights our dedication to delivering high-quality, functional spaces on schedule. With flooring, painting, and all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems fully completed, the facility stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence in every detail.
• LDC Site: Progress continues at the LDC Site, where our team has completed three 105-ft diameter bins and two 30-ft wide bins, including the foundations, ladders, platforms, and bin sweeps. Additionally, we’ve installed cast-in-place concrete piles across the site and secured the fabrication contract for multiple steel pipe rack structures. Our expertise in handling complex infrastructure projects has led to additional work being awarded, extending our presence on-site to ensure every detail exceeds client expectations
