Wrapping Up 2023

The time of 2023 is running out. And I want to wrap up this year as I usually do with any project that's coming to its end. But this time I'm going to share it with You, fellow founders and entrepreneurs.

#Wars

It's been a conflict-rich year. Especially for me. I came from the Russia-Ukrainian war to permanently fighting Israel. And on 07 October the massacre has happened. The world has bared its guts once more. And these guts are ugly:

• Ignorant Youth
• Insane Olds
• The Minority dictates its terms to the Majority (goodbye democracy)
• And complete Lack of Understanding of Cause and Effect

The reasons behind these wars - is always someone's fckin interests. Always. And it seems like these old guys are full of interests.

These days I find nothing wrong with humanity running the risk of being controlled by AI. Are You? ??

#Work

I started from the scratch. Again. And when You used to do so - there's nothing scary anymore. Especially when it's looped. So my year started empty in terms of work, and smoothly moved to the point where I am:

1. It's all started with an Advisory role at Glocal搜索引擎优化平台2024|EN.Gloc.al 国际搜索引擎优化&初创企业搜索引擎优化 .Huge idea and great product - SaaS that allows You to automate website translation - so You can easily reach out the new markets. Great for SEO and organic growth and backed by in5 Dubai & Lynx Venture Studio .
2. Then I've landed at Moonee Publishing on May: lovely vibes and one of the favourite industries - Mobile Games . Since I owned a GameDev Studio & Boutique Publishing - the market has changed a lot, and Publishers have jumped off the game of funding development Studios. Unfortunately, our Vision of the future was really opposite, so we hugged and farewell few months later.
3. In August I've joined "紧缩"迪拜 – 迪拜的创业公司和人民 as an Editor in Chief & Advisor. Created over 500 articles & acquire around 10k unique users monthly. Partnered with Future Innovation Summit & Blockchain Life 2025 . Currently it's in top10 business media in MENA.
4. I've started WhyAI - it begun with AI integrator for Businesses even a year ago, and finally transformed to the boutique media about AI. Paused with the Israel-terrorists war and reborn few weeks ago. No promotion - only SEO & SMM. 1 year from today - it's going to be one of the trusted sources on AI topic.
5. Joined tremendous EDYAN DEV & their GaaS Field of Ambiguity as an Advisor. They're building Mage Battle Arena - finally! The market gap was discovered during Harry Potter's hype - people want magic! ?? On this path I met The Games Fund & Griffin Gaming Partners . And that's just a beginning.
6. My journey led me to unite with EDYAN DEV founder and we've made the Huge move launching YS Horizon - currently it's a tiny but powerful team of startup founders, analytics, growth hackers, sales and marketing pros who are helping VC's, Angles, Investors and Founders with Market Research, Pitch Deck Development & Fundraising. In a few years - I want to transform it to the independent Venture Builder Company. We're just in a few steps behind the proof of our startup building workflow. ??
7. On the side, my brain can't stop storming with ideas and that's how trainer42 ? Hiring Booster was born. Early-stage startup on the way to allow BigTech to speed up their hiring process. It saves weeks of HR/TA manual work by automation Soft Skill Assessment. Currently bootstrapped, but I feel that this is the right path for this Company.
8. Last but not least - this month I've joined Subscrible | Your Self Publishing Mobile Games Booster as CMO & Advisor: Mobile Games Market is on the way to reborn, and this startup aims to create a new way of Publishing mobile games with Less Ads & More Revenue for game developers. Ambitious plans, but that's what a startup is. My gaming industry experience should help to save from some already tested hypothesis ??

I'm becoming a professional Advisory, and I really like it. That's how I can participate in building much more great Companies then I could launch by myself! Love it.??

• Lena Vatmacher - HR BP who support me a lot with trainer42 ? Hiring Booster and building her own startup around important topic: how to improve social skills for autistic kids.????
• Denis Burkatsky - the guy who can move Your B2B Sales or Fundraising activities to the next level. And good actor (I mean in the US theatre scene, yep!)
• Azat Pilosian - young and talented analytics with entrepreneur superpower. All You need to know - he tried to build a city. CITY. uff! =)
• Patrisha . - she's building a startup to help women with health issues, cuz there's a huge gap in this field. Still.

#Lessons

The main part I guess. And it's going to be short.

I've come up with a formula that I stick to:

Imagine. Believe. Achieve.        

Imagine - allow Your mind to be free and listen to Yourself. Nothing will be successful if it's alien to You.

Believe - remember that everything You see & use were created by someone. You can be the one who create something new. Don't be shy.

Achieve - behind the great things - great job, so don't rely on random, put effort and get the results. Yes, so simple.

#Wish

I dream about the point when people realise that the "world is crazy" means "people are crazy". And start to improve themselves.

Naive, I know. But I believe it's possible at some point and every action I take is directed toward that goal.
