The Mill at Moreton Bay
2022 has been an exciting year for The Mill at Moreton Bay. Consolidating the collaborative efforts of Archipelago , City of Moreton Bay , Millovate - The Mill at Moreton Bay and various development stakeholders, the concept master plan has progressed significantly as the master plan vision has continued to successfully attract significant development interest.
The Mill at Moreton Bay is underpinned by a world class polycentric city vision, co-created and authored by Archipelago. The mixed use master plan will realise new forms of sustainable development, leveraging the site’s natural attributes and associated development opportunity. Anchored and connected by major transport infrastructure, bounded to the east by an extensive riparian river and lakes corridor, The Mill at Moreton Bay will provide an enviable living and lifestyle offer required to attract key knowledge workers to this important project for the Region.
This project will emerge as one of Queensland's most important Priority Development Areas.?
Aura, Sunshine Coast
Our ongoing work for Stockland ’s Aura development further demonstrates our team’s commitment to long term city making projects. During 2022 we worked with Stockland to develop their vision for?Aura City Centre. Underpinned by a robust, mixed use precinct plan, the city centre presents the opportunity to attract significant development investment and grow Aura’s residential population through the execution of a compelling and distinctive retail activation and public realm strategy.
?Occupying a key catalytic corner of the city centre frame,?Aura Central Urban Village?will offer further housing diversity within Aura and demonstrate density and diversity done well. Archipelago has collaborated with Stockland over the past 3 years to develop the master plan vision for the Urban Village, which will see 600 additional terrace homes and apartments delivered within the city centre. The value proposition for the master plan is structured around a rich green open space ecosystem and a high quality, people-focused urban street network.
Parkside Yeronga
Parkside Yeronga sees the translation of ideas and integrity in thinking from master plan into built form.?Breaking ground in early 2023,?the master planned mixed use development will be an inclusive community-focused project with an innovative public realm on an existing urban redevelopment site.
