Hey Accounting Pifolz, we've almost wrapped up January already!
I thought I’d share what's been going on and give some tips on how I juggle my time.
Here are the highlights from my week:
- An HK client is adding another client to our roster. They’re transitioning to a new accounting system and I've already covered what they need to submit.
- A tax firm is all set to pay a non-negotiable 50% down payment for a clean-up project we're kicking off.
- There's another tax firm ready to pick up our tax preparer services at a rate we're thrilled about.
- For our Canada client, I prepared and sent minutes from our meeting, capturing all their asks and instructions.
- I updated the CEO on finance team meetings and next week’s activities. Plus, I hit the gym four times, even making progress on my leg workout!
On top of all that, I hosted a free webinar on "How to Become a CFO" which was really fun.
Here’re some tips that help me manage my time effectively:
- I check my calendar regularly to stay on top of everything.
- I make a list of urgent tasks and top priorities.
- I fit in smaller tasks like networking, lead generation, and content creation.
- I take meeting notes and use AI to clean them up and summarize.
- I align my energy with high-impact tasks, making sure to nap and eat well—balancing protein, fiber, and carbs, especially since I’m hitting the gym.
If you’re curious and want to know more about my routine, just comment "HOW!"
Cheers
