Divine Assurance--

*John 3:16

“For God so loved the World that He gave His only-begotten Son,

that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have Everlasting Life.”

*John 6:27-65

27 “Do not labor for the food that perishes, but for that food which endures to Everlasting Life,

which The Son Of Man will give you. for God The Father sealed Him.”

28 Then they said to Him, “What shall we do that we might work the works of God?”

29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe on Him Whom He has sent.”

30 Therefore they said to Him, “What sign do you show then, so that we may see and believe you? What do you work?”

31 Our fathers ate the manna in the desert, as it is written, "He gave them bread from Heaven to eat."

32 Then Jesus said to them,

“Truly, truly, I say to you, Moses did not give you that bread from Heaven,

but My Father gives you The True Bread from Heaven.

33 For the bread of God is He who comes down from Heaven and gives Life to the World.”

34 Then they said to him, “Lord, evermore give us this bread.”

35 And Jesus said to them,

“I am The Bread Of Life.

He (or she) who comes to Me shall never hunger,

and he (or she) who believes on Me shall never thirst.

36 But I said to you that you also have seen Me and do not believe.

37 all that The Father gives Me shall come to Me,

and the one who comes to Me I will in no way cast out.

38 For I came down from Heaven, not to do My own will but the will of Him Who sent Me.

39 And this is the will of The Father Who sent Me,

that of all which He has given Me

I should lose nothing

but should raise it up again at the Last Day.

40 And this is the will of Him Who sent Me,

that everyone who sees the Son and believes on Him

should have Everlasting Life.

And I will raise him up at the Last Day.”

41 Then the Jews murmured about Him, because He said, “I am the bread which came down from Heaven.”

42 And they said, “Is this not Jesus the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know?

How now does this One say, “I have come down from Heaven?”

43 Jesus therefore answered and said to them,

“Do not murmur with one another.

44 No one can come to Me unless The Father Who has sent Me draw him (or her),

and I will raise him (or her) up at the Last Day.

45 It is written in the Prophets, "And they shall all be taught of God."

Therefore everyone who hears and learns from The Father comes to Me.

46 Not that anyone has seen The Father, except He who is from God, He has seen The Father.

47 Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes on Me has Everlasting Life.

48 I am The Bread of life.

49 Your fathers ate the manna in the Wilderness, and died.

50 This is The Bread which comes down from Heaven, so that a man may eat of it and not die.

51 I am The Living Bread which came down from Heaven.

If anyone eats of this Bread, he (or she) shall live forever.

And truly the bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the World.”

52 Then the Jews argued with one another, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”

53 Then Jesus says to them,

“Truly, truly, I say to you,

Unless you eat the flesh of The Son Of Man, and drink His blood,

you do not have life in yourselves.

54 Whoever partakes of My flesh and drinks My blood has Eternal Life,

and I will raise him up at The Last Day.

55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.

56 He (or she) who partakes of My flesh and drinks My blood

dwells in Me, and I in him (or her).

57 as the living Father has sent Me, and I live through The Father,

so he (or she) who partakes of Me, even he (or she) shall live by Me.

58 This is the Bread which came down from Heaven, not as your fathers ate the manna, and died;

he (or she) who partakes of this Bread shall live forever.”

59 He said these things in the Synagogue as He taught in Capernaum.

60 Then when they had heard, many of His disciples said, “This is a hard saying, who can hear it?”

61 But knowing in Himself that His disciples murmured about it, Jesus said to them,

“Does this offend you?

62 Then what if you should see The Son Of Man going up where He was before?

63 It is the Spirit that makes alive, the flesh profits nothing.

The words that I speak to you are spirit and are life.

64 But there are some of you who do not believe.”

For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who is the one betraying Him.

65 And He said, “Because of this I said to you that no one can come to Me unless it was given to him (or her) from My Father.”

*John 10:27-29

27 My sheep hear My voice,

and I know them,

and they follow Me.

28 And I give to them Eternal Life, and they shall never ever perish,

and not anyone shall pluck them out of My hand.

29 My Father Who gave them to me is greater than all,

and no one is able to pluck them out of My Father's hand.

*1 John 2:25 & 5:11-13

25 And this is the promise that He has promised us: Everlasting Life.

11 And this is the record, that God has given to us Everlasting Life, and this life is in His Son.

12 He (or she) who has the Son has life;

he (or she) who does not have The Son Of God does not have life.

13 I have written these things to you who believe on the Name of The Son Of God,

that you may know that you have Everlasting Life,

and that you may believe on the Name (and character) of The Son Of God.

*John 15:7 & 16:23-24

7 If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you,

you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done to you.

23 And in that day you shall ask Me nothing.

Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you shall ask The Father in My Name, He will give you.

24 Before now you have asked nothing in My Name;

ask and you shall receive, that your joy may be full.

*1 John 5:14-15

14 And this is the confidence that we have toward Him,

that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask,

we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

*Philippians 4:6-7

6 Do not be anxious about anything,

but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving,

let your requests be made known to God.

7 And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

*Hebrews 3:6 & 14

6 But Christ was faithful as a son over his own house; whose house we are,

if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the End.

14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the End,

*Hebrews 4:1

Therefore, a promise being left to enter into His rest,

let us fear lest any of you should seem to come short of it.

*Philippians 1:6

being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you

will perform it until the Day of Jesus Christ,

*Romans 5:1, 10, & 17

1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

10 For if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son,

much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

17 For if by one man's offense death reigned by one,

much more they who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by One, Jesus Christ.

*Galatians 2:16-21

16 knowing that a man is not justified by works of the Law, but through faith in Jesus Christ;

even we believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith in Christ, and not by works of the Law.

For all flesh will not be justified by works of law.

17 But if, while we seek to be justified in Christ, we also were found to be sinners,

is Christ therefore a minister of sin? Let it not be said!

18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I confirm myself as a transgressor.

19 For through the Law I died to the Law, that I might live to God.

20 I have been crucified with Christ, and I live;

yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me.

And that life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith toward The Son Of God,

Who loved me and gave Himself on my behalf.

21 I do not set aside the grace of God,

for if righteousness is through law, then Christ died without cause.

*Ephesians 2:1-10

1 And He has made you alive, who were once dead in trespasses and sins,

2 in which you once walked according to the course of this World,

according to the prince of the power of the air,

the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience;

3 among whom we also had our way of life in times past,

in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the thoughts,

and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

4 But God, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love with which He loved us

5 (even when we were dead in sins) has made us alive together with Christ (by grace you are saved),

6 and has raised us up together and made us sit together in the Heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

7 so that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God,

9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works,

which God has before ordained (predestined) that we should walk in them.

*2 Corinthians 4:1

Therefore since we have this ministry,

as we have received mercy, we do not faint.

*Ephesians 1:7-8

7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins,

according to the riches of His grace,

8 which He caused to abound toward us in all wisdom and understanding;

*Romans 12:1-2

1 I beseech you therefore, brothers (and sisters), by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice,

holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And do not be conformed to this World, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,

in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

*Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ, and I live;

yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me.

And that life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith toward The Son Of God,

Who loved me and gave Himself on my behalf.

*2 Corinthians 5:17 & 21

17 So that if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature;

old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

21 ForHe has made Him who knew no sin, to be sin for us,

that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

*Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,

who walk not according to the flesh but according to The Spirit.

*Philippians 1:20

Apostle Paul said,

according to my earnest expectation and hope that I shall be ashamed in nothing,

but as always now Christ shall be magnified in my body with all boldness, whether it is by life or by death.

*2 Corinthians 1:22

And He has sealed us and having given the earnest of The Spirit in our hearts.

*Ephesians 1:12-14

12 For us to be to the praise of His glory, who previously had trusted in Christ;

13 in Whom also you, hearing the Word of Truth, the Gospel of our Salvation,

in Whom also believing, you were sealed with The Holy Spirit of promise,

14 Who is the earnest of our inheritance,

to the redemption of the purchased possession,

to the praise of His glory.

*Romans 14:17

for the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking,

but righteousness and peace and joy in The Holy Spirit.

*Romans 6:1-6, 12-14 & 22-23

1 What shall we say then?

Shall we continue in sin so that grace may abound?

2 Let it not be!

How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?

3 Do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death?

4 Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death,

so that as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of The Father;

even so we also should walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been joined together in the likeness of His death,

we shall also be in the likeness of His Resurrection;

6 knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him in order that the body of sin might be destroyed,

that from now on we should not serve sin.

12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.

13 Do not yield your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin,

but yield yourselves to God, as one alive from the dead,

and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

14 For sin shall not have dominion over you,

for you are not under Law, but under grace.

22 But now, being made free from sin, and having become slaves to God,

you have your fruit to holiness,

and the end Everlasting Life.

23 For the wages of sin is death,

but the gift of God is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

*Hebrews 12:1-11

1 Therefore since we also are surrounded with so great a cloud of witnesses,

let us lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily besets us,

and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 looking to Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith,

Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the Cross, despising the shame,

and sat down at the right of the throne of God.

3 For consider Him Who endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest you be weary and faint in your minds.

4 You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons,

"My son, despise not the chastening of The Lord, nor faint when you are rebuked by Him;

6 for whom The Lord loves He chastens,

and He scourges every son whom He receives."

7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons (and daughters),

for what child is one whom the father does not chasten?

8 But if you are without chastisement, of which all are partakers, then you are bastards and not sons (and daughters).

9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh who corrected us, and we gave them reverence.

Shall we not much rather be in subjection to The Father Of Spirits and live?

10 For truly they chastened us for a few days according to their own pleasure,

but He for our profit, that we might be partakers of His holiness.

11 Now chastening for the present does not seem to be joyous, but grievous.

Nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who are exercised by it.

*Colossians 1:9-14

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard, do not cease to pray for you,

and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,

10 that you might walk worthy of The Lord to all pleasing,

being fruitful in every work and increasing in the knowledge of God,

11 being empowered with all power, according to the might of His glory,

to all patience and long-suffering with joyfulness,

12 giving thanks to The Father, Who has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the Saints in Light.

13 For He has delivered us from the power of darkness

and has translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son;

14 in Whom we have redemption through His blood, the remission of sins.

*Romans 8:28-39

28 And we know that all things work together for good

to those who love God,

to those who are called according to His purpose.

29 For whom He foreknew, He also pre-destinated to be conformed to the image of His Son,

for Him to be the First-born among many brothers.

30 But whom He pre-destinated, these He also called;

and whom He called, those He also justified.

And whom He justified, these He also glorified.

31 What then shall we say to these things?

If God is for us, who can be against us?

32 Truly He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all,

how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

33 Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God Who justifies.

34 Who is he (or she) condemning?

It is Christ Who has died, but rather also Who is raised,

Who is also at the right hand of God, Who also intercedes for us.

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 as it is written, "For Your sake we are killed all the day long. We are counted as sheep of slaughter."

37 But in all these things we more than conquer through Him Who loved us.

38 For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers,

nor things present, nor things to come,

39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature,

shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

*Philippians 3:20-21

20 For our citizenship is in Heaven, from which also we are looking for The Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ,

21 who shall change our body of humiliation so that it may be fashioned like His glorious body,

according to the working of His power, even to subdue all things to Himself.

*1 Corinthians 15:50-58

50 And I say this, brothers (and sisters), that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God,

nor does corruption inherit in corruption.

51 Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all fall asleep,

but we shall all be changed;

52 in a moment, in a glance of an eye, at the Last Trumpet.

For a trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,

and we shall all be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on in corruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 But when this corruptible shall put on in corruption, and when this mortal shall put on immortality,

then will take place the word that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?"

56 The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the Law.

57 But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 So that, my beloved brothers (and sisters), be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of The Lord,

knowing that your labor is not without fruit in The Lord.

holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And do not be conformed to this World, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,

in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

*Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ, and I live;

yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me.

And that life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith toward The Son Of God,

Who loved me and gave Himself on my behalf.

*2 Corinthians 5:17 & 21

17 So that if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature;

old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

12 For us to be to the praise of His glory, who previously had trusted in Christ;

4 Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death,

so that as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of The Father;

even so we also should walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been joined together in the likeness of His death,

we shall also be in the likeness of His Resurrection;

"My son, despise not the chastening of The Lord, nor faint when you are rebuked by Him;

13 For He has delivered us from the power of darkness

and has translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son;

30 But whom He pre-destinated, these He also called;

and whom He called, those He also justified.

51 Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all fall asleep,

but we shall all be changed;
