Wow! D&T Operations is Two!

In 2018, Jon, Mina, Ian, and I decided our expertise in market research operations (data know-how, complex tabulations, report/dashboard automation, statistical analysis) was something we could build an amazing business around.

We had all worked together at Digitab for 20+ years, so our new business, D&T Operations, brought together a huge amount of experience, skills, teamwork, and a focus on client needs.

We were joined a few months later by Angela and we have continued to grow the team ever since. We have also expanded our services to include, for example, data collection, where our understanding of market research, automation, and our attention to detail has enabled us to build beautiful and effective web surveys.

Not only have we expanded our services and our team, but we have also used our time to help others. We support LinkAge Southwark, a charity that supports older people in Southwark, to combat loneliness and isolation, which has been especially important over the last few months. And we are determined to give back more - we will be using our two year anniversary as a platform to announce our new pro bono offering. More news on that to follow.
